Pre-Season Afternoon Practice Schedule:

BEFORE last day of FCPS:

Weekdays MONDAY-FRIDAY, starting Tues May 28 – June 12

Session 1: 4:30 – 5:30 PM (beginner/younger)

Session 2: 5:30 – 6:30 PM (advanced/older)

Summer Practice Schedule

AFTER last day of FCPS:

Every weekday mornings Thursday, June 13 – Friday, July 19

8 & Under: 8:00 AM – 8:45 AM

*Little Jaws swimmers, please request the 7:15 AM swim practice so that you can attend the appropriate dive practice
 

9/10s: 8:45 AM – 9:45 AM  (Younger Competitive Divers)

11 and up: 9:45 AM – 11:00 AM (Older Competitive Divers)

Monday and Wednesday afternoons: 4:00 – 5:00 PM for those who have a conflict with the AM practice

We understand that families may have conflicts with the practice time they should attend due to participation in swim, tennis, or camps. Please do not let this discourage you from participation in dive! Contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your family’s needs. Ideally try and attend the age appropriate practice as it’s best for all divers.
 
2024 MEET SCHEDULE
Dive meets begin at 6pm. Warm-up is from 4-5pm for HOME meets and 5-6pm for AWAY meets.
A Meets (Competitive meets) – Tuesdays: 
  •  June 18 HOME – vs Hayfield
  • June 25 AWAY – at Great Falls
  • July 2 HOME – vs Highland Park
  • July 9 AWAY – at Woodley
  • July 16 HOME – vs Truro
B Meets (Developmental meets) – Thursdays: 
  • June 20 AWAY- at Donaldson Run
  • June 27 AWAY- at Overlee
  • July 11 HOME- vs Highlands
  • July 18 HOME- vs Tuckahoe
Other Meets:
Tuesday, June 11  – Lollipop Meet at Chesterbrook at 5:00 PM. This is an internal, informal, and fun meet to kick off the season!
Sunday, July 14 – Cracker Jack meet  8:00 AM
Sunday, July 21 – Divisionals 8:00 AM. (Top divers in each age group compete with those in the division)
Sunday, July 28 – All Stars  8:00 AM (Top divers from Divisionals advance to All Stars)
